Prelude – “Hymns of the Cross” arr. Keveren – Melanie Manges, piano

Welcome to Worship – Gordon Coppoc

Lenten Song “Change My Heart, O God” – Worship Team

Change my heart, O God, make it ever true.
Change my heart O God, may I be like you.
You are the potter, I am the clay;
Mold me and make me, this is what I pray.
Change my heart O God, make it ever true. Change my heart, O God, may I be like you.

Call to Worship* – Gordon Coppoc

Every week is a new week,
Another chance to say,
“Here I am. Use me.”
Every day is a new day,
Another chance to say:
“Thank you for yesterday. Thank you for tomorrow.”
Every hour is a new hour,
Another chance to say,
“Again and again, make me new.”
We do not come to this place to stay the same.
We come to this place to be changed.
So let us worship holy God,
Who created yesterday, will create tomorrow, and even now is creating something new.
Thanks be to God. Amen.

Hymn of Faith – “Open Our Eyes”

(Verse 1) Open our eyes, Lord, we want to see Jesus,
To reach out and touch him, and say that we love him.
(Verse 2) Open our ears, Lord, and help us to listen,
Open our eyes, Lord, we want to see Jesus. (REPEAT)

Hymn of Discipleship – “Have Thine Own Way, Lord”
*In the refrain, the men sing the part in regular print, and the women sing the part in italics

(Verse 1) Have thine own way, Lord! Have thine own way! Thou art the Potter, I am the clay.
Mold me and make me after thy will,
While I am waiting yielded and still.
(Verse 2) Have thine own way, Lord! Have thine own way! Search me and try me, Master, today!
Whiter than snow, Lord, wash me just now,
As in thy presence humbly I bow.
(Verse 3) Have thine own way, Lord! Have thine own way!
Wounded and weary, help me, I pray! Power- all power- surely is thine! Touch me and heal me, Savior divine!

Pastoral Prayer & The Lord’s Prayer

Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be Thy name,
Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done, in earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses,
as we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.
For Thine is the kingdom and the power and the glory, forever. Amen.

Almighty God, giver of every good and perfect gift,
